 Development expertise in software  Python, C/C  , C , LabVIEW  or hardware engineering

 High‑energy, self‑motivated; driven to deliver results with minimal oversight

 Excellent communication and mentorship skills to inspire and guide junior engineers

Skills:

* Mastery of two or more languages such as C  , C , and Python, with solid hands‑on experience applying object‑oriented design patterns

 Expert in test‑system hardware design and configuration management, including managing redline updates, version‑controlled schematics, and bill‑of‑materials control to ensure rapid, reliable hardware evolution

 Deep familiarity with the full requirements‑management lifecycle; from capturing test requirements for complex systems, through automated‑test equipment specs, to rigorous configuration control

 Proven expertise using DOORS  or equivalent  for requirements authoring, traceability, and change management

 Skilled at creating detailed test‑system specifications and engineering the hardware architecture needed to realize them

 Strong background in test‑automation frameworks  e g , pytest, Google Test, LabVIEW Test Stand  and CI/CD pipelines for continuous verification

 Experience integrating hardware and software  NI HW, COTS HW  to build end‑to‑end test systems that meet performance and safety margins
