What You Will Be DoingAs the Embedded Software Engineer you will be responsible for the development of mission‑critical embedded software across multiple programs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To- Design, development, and integration of C/C++ embedded applications.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities and schedules.
- Develop, document, test, and debug complex algorithms and logical solutions.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Identify and resolve program errors, produce operating instructions, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

LocationThis position is in Dallas, Texas. The selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Desired Skills- Experience in software engineering and software development.
- Ability to interpret program needs, formulate solutions, and communicate to leadership effectively.
- Experience as a software engineer working with multi‑disciplined teams.
- Experience designing ground system embedded software.
- Experience with Git Lab CI/CD.
- Software integration and verification experience.

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
