Poly Trucking is headquartered in Grand Prairie, TX. We are a long and short‑haul domestic carrier. Our fleet is comprised of late‑model, company‑owned trucks. With Poly Trucking, you avoid the delays, logistical problems and additional expenses that often accompany third‑party service. We’ll deliver your freight safely, efficiently, and on‑time.

• Average Annual Pay: $70,000 - $90,000. Highest earners exceeding $90,000
• No forced dispatch. Earnings are directly linked to driver flexibility and willingness to accept loads.
• Base: $70 per 1,000 miles (CPM) with an average of 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
• Stop pay: $30.
• $100 for layover, holdover, and breakdown.
• Referral Bonus: $1,000 for each driver that stays for at least 30 days.
• Monthly reimbursements:
  • $25 cleaning supplies
  • $50 cell phone
  • Up to $35 a night for parking.
• Paid via direct deposit weekly.

• Medical and dental benefits starting the first of the month after 90 days of employment.
• Vacation time: 1 week after a year, 2 weeks after 3 years.
• 401(k) after 6 months of employment with 6% company match.
• Full week paid orientation, including flight, hotel, breakfast and lunch.

• Home time:
  Out 2-3 weeks. Drivers living closer to the factory may have more home time.
• OTR routes.
• Level of touch:
  No‑touch freight.

• Late‑model Peterbilt and International sleeper tractors, and 53‑ft dry van trailers.
• Automatic transmission.
• Drivers have flexibility to outfit their own cab interior.
• Governed speed: 68 mph.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a CDL A license.
• Must have a minimum of 1‑year verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience within the last 6 months.
• No DUI/DWIs.
• Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations.
• Must be able to pass a required pre‑employment drug screen.
• Hiring nationwide (excluding CA, AK, NE, IL, MI, ME, and DC).
