Average $90,000 annually. Top earners can earn up to $120,000 annually. Additional premium incentives available for picking up extra days.
5‑day work week; weekends required. Mostly home daily with the possibility of layovers. Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral.
What You Will Do- 65‑plus weekly multi‑stop deliveries to stores of a major coffee chain
- High‑volume loading and unloading utilizing hand dolly and lift gate to unload coffee and milk products from a refrigerated trailer
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
- Scan items as they are unloaded and delivered
- Scheduling flexibility required as dispatch times will vary
- 5‑day work week, with weekends required

- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, requirements, and guidelines
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- English language proficiency required to comply with federal law
- Complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening
- Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive; requires constant alertness and safety consciousness

The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.
