Compensation & Benefits- Pay: $27.50 per hour

- Cylinder Handling
:
Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders containing compressed gases to both external and internal customer locations. - Record Keeping
:
Accurately record deliveries and pick‑ups on a load manifest, obtaining customer signatures for receipt. Collect empty, rejected, or unsold cylinders and return them to a plant or branch for refilling. - Safety & Compliance
:
Adhere to all Airgas safety standards (SAFECOR) and government regulations, including DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, OSHA. - Warehouse Support
:
Provide assistance in the warehouse or on the dock as needed.
- Valid Texas Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
- Valid Medical Examiner’s Card.
- Hazmat & Airbrake Certifications.
- One (1) year of prior Class‑A or B professional driving experience within the last five (5) years and a commitment to road safety (no more than two convictions or at‑fault accidents within specified limits).
- Graduates with a diploma from an accredited driving school and a minimum of one (1) year of prior driving experience within last five (5) years are welcome.
- Candidate must be at least 21 years or older.
- Proficiency in navigating and comprehending material safety data sheets.
- Ability to routinely lift 25‑75 lbs and occasionally lift 76–125+ lbs with equipment.
- Comfortable operating vehicles with hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours; frequent bending.
- Availability to support team with occasional overtime if necessary.
- Ability to obtain and maintain collaborative safety credentials for customer site access.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery (Forklift/Moffett).
