Position: CDL Instructor
Pay: $28.00
Location:
Fort Worth, TX
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with rotating Saturday.
Our truck instructors are responsible for training new drivers and assessing road tests. If you are an experienced truck driver who has a passion for teaching and interacting with people, CR England has an exciting career opportunity for you!
The trainers are taught how to teach what it takes to be a successful C.R. England driver “The C.R. England Way.”

The curriculum will include:
- Lifestyle Adjustment Instruction
- Evaluation and Communication Instruction
- Coaching trainees abilities, attitude, and participation
- School and Company standards
- Teaching Backing skills and Driving evaluations
- CDL Third Party Exams
- Class A CDL required
- 3 years tractor/trailer experience
- Safety first mentality
- Meet qualifications of a Third-Party Examiner
