Part Time Cart Driver - The Epic Rec

The purpose of this position is to provide transportation assistance to the City's employees and the public. This is accomplished by offering trolley service to guests and members throughout the Epic Central Campus. Additionally, the role involves operating golf carts and electric people movers, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of individuals while interacting professionally with other City employees and the public.

This position has responsibilities that require lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.

• Provides transportation assistance to patrons by driving a golf cart/people mover to necessary locations; operating a two-way radio; assisting patrons in wheelchairs and ambulatory aids; and completing necessary paperwork.
• Provides customer service to the public by assisting with the elderly and disabled citizens; and providing information and directions as needed.
• All other duties as assigned by a supervisor/manager within your department/division.
• Regular and dependable attendance is required.

Any combination equivalent to experience and training that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may qualify. A typical way to obtain this knowledge, skills, and abilities would be:

  High school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  1-2 years of related experience.
• Licenses:
  Valid Class C Driver's License.
