Shift: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

This is what it takes to work for us.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PR3 and/or SAP PR4 required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• 1-2 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a warehouse or supply chain environment
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Stay strong - lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily supply chain operations
• Support order management and inventory control activities using SAP (PR3/PR4)
• Maintain accurate documentation and data records related to inventory and orders
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply chain and inventory issues promptly
• Communicate updates through distribution lists, announcements, and Microsoft Teams
• Support the implementation of supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Perform general administrative duties to support the site manager and operations team
