Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Bilingual Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory operations in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inventory management or warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient processes, and effective communication with a diverse team and client base. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
PayPay: $19/hr - $21/h
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Train, coach, and evaluate inventory staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with English and Spanish-speaking team members and clients.
- Utilize inventory management systems (IMS) to track inventory and workflow.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
- Support audits and reporting requirements as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 3+ years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven track record in improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (IMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with EDI and TMS systems.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
