is currently seeking Order Pickers to join our team. In this role, you’ll performs routine warehouse/material handling and other duties as assigned. Work involves loading/unloading, picking, packing, putaway through our High Jump warehouse management system. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited to moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

• Unload/load container/trailer as assigned by team lead or supervisor.
• Sort product by stock number while unloading on to pallets (containers only).
• Transport pallets to assigned area using a dock stocker or manual pallet jack so the receiving process can begin.
• Communicate to appropriate team members when container / trailer is empty/full.

• Package item (items) into suggested box using various packaging materials.
• Attach shipping label.
• Place the completed box onto shipping pallet.

• Receive product into our inventory management system (HJ) that is assigned to your area following the proper receiving procedures.
• Verify merchandise to packing list / RF gun to assure accuracy.
• Sort product to established guidelines. Label product when needed.

• Utilize wrist scanner to pick items and move to carton.
• Walking the static locations in Warehouse.
• Pulling a Cart.
• Off load cartons to the conveyor.

• Intermediate interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high quality output.
• Ability to keep a clean and organized work area.
• Willingness to work extended hours (overtime) when needed.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
• The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.
