We strive to develop better infrastructure and ensure our customers’ projects are not only successful but also balanced. 1st Shift- 6:00am-2:30PM Responsibilities In the role of DC Receiving Supervisor, you will:
Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by training receiving associates. Supervise and coordinate unloading and stocking of inbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness in both product and paperwork. Ensure warehouse space is applied effectively and kept clean and orderly. Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily. Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management.

Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements. Regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a distribution center or warehouse environment. Demonstrates outstanding leadership qualities, enabling motivation and development within a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work well with a variety of teams. Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications. A strict dedication to safety and quality standards.

- Pay Range:

- $19.47 - $42.31 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

- Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
