Location:

Grand Prairie, TX – onsite only. Shift schedule:
Sunday–Thursday 11:30AM–complete, Monday 9:00AM–complete, Tuesday–Friday 10:00AM–complete. Flexibility in hours or days is required based on business needs.

• Hire, terminate, supervise, and develop warehouse associates.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, checking, stocking, order filling, and cage/vault management.
• Verify and record outgoing shipments of controlled substances, ensuring compliance with DEA regulations.
• Direct workflow, motivate staff, and monitor performance to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Implement changes to enhance safety guidelines and productivity.
• Ensure proper record‑keeping for all inventory movements, including NDC numbers and controlled substance logs.
• Maintain manifests, route schedules, and departure logs to guarantee timely customer deliveries.
• Interact with customers to resolve delivery or order‑filling issues as needed.
• Track attendance, monitor performance, and manage overtime for associates.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

• Broad training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer science, or similar fields.
• Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and the use of RF devices and/or reach trucks.
• Organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to work extended hours, participate in weekend on‑call rotations, and perform physical inventory if scheduled.
