Richemont Americas in Grand Prairie, TX seeks an Operations Supervisor for the evening shift (2:30pm–11pm, Mon–Fri). You will oversee inbound, outbound, returns, ecommerce and spare parts, directing daily workload to meet defined operational targets.
You’ll lead a team, coach staff, ensure safety, drive continuous improvement with Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma, and analyze data from dashboards and SAP reporting tools to sustain warehouse excellence.
