This position will be based at our 3rd Party location in Coppell, TX.
The Warehouse Admin will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have SAP experience, strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This person will travel in between our Grand Prairie and Coppell locations.
You will make an impact by:- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software (SAP).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate inbound shipments, including scheduling deliveries.
- Process Inbound receiving accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers service regarding order status, tracking information, and shipping updates.
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Open to local travel between site locations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Forklift certification and knowledge of safety regulations
