Warehouse Receiving & Fulfillment Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving and Fulfillment Coordinator who is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and team supervision. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and organization within the warehouse while supporting a safe and productive work environment.

• Warehouse Operation & Coordination - order fulfillment, auditing, overstock allocation, receiving/put-away, etc.
• Workflow Collaboration and Ownership - Plan, assign, and monitor daily work across receiving and warehouse operations. Ensure incoming product is processed efficiently and all received inventory is put away by the end of each business day.
• Auditing - Plan and execute regular inventory cycle counts.
• Order Prioritization - Prioritize order picking by delivery method (local pickup vs shipping).
• Quality Control & Verification - Pick/pack/verify open orders with high attention to detail and perform quality control checks on each outgoing order.
• Bin Management & Data Upkeep - Re-assign and update bin locations based on product stock needs and overflowing bin locations.
• Order Management - Manage order exceptions such as address validations, fraud risk, split/multi-package orders, etc.
• Use Shipstation – Utilize Ship Station to manage order filters, workflows, purchase labels, batch picking, and oversee tracking information.
• End-Of-Day Audits - Coordinate end-of-day outbound audits to confirm all orders prior to cutoff time are fulfilled.
• Betterment Contributions - Contribute to ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Daily Logging - Maintain and track daily order exception/issue log for departmental organization.
• Team Player - Communicate effectively with other teams to ensure timely order and inventory updates.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• High School Diploma / GED REQUIRED
• 3+ years in Ecommerce Fulfillment or Warehouse Coordination REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Shopify (orders, fulfillments, inventory adjustments)
  PREFFERED
• Proficiency in Ship Station (labels, workflows)
  PREFFERED
• Strong Accuracy and Attention to Detail
• Proficiency with Barcode Scanners, Label Printers, and Basic Spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
• Organized, Decisive, and Calm within a Busy Environment
• Able to Lift up to 50 lbs. and Stand/Walk for Most of the Shift
• Computer & Technical Troubleshooting Capabilities
• Problem solving abilities with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for warehouse performance.
