RH is seeking a Home Delivery Lead to coach and mentor a team delivering operational excellence across warehouse and home delivery functions. The Lead will join a team that plays an integral role in elevating our customer experience.
You will live our vision and beliefs daily, ensure safety and order in the warehouse, allocate labor, drive inbound/outbound workload, pursue department goals, and support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily reporting.
