Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Location:
Breaker Plant, Grand Prairie, TX – Siemens Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products.
We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, and delivery of materials to manufacturing. The supervisor will manage a team of 20‑25 members across two shifts, collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning, and report to the Warehouse Manager. Overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately receive, store, pick, kit, and deliver materials to assembly lines.
- Handle team scheduling and daily assignments.
- Oversee warehouse cycle counting and resolve discrepancies.
- Administer COGI and goods receipt/invoice receipt resolution.
- Conduct MRP inventory analysis and present improvement opportunities.
- Participate in development of warehouse strategy.
- Basic Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor; legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
- Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated project management experience delivering improvement projects in a manufacturing environment;
Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause, and Continuous Improvement skills; APICS/CPM accreditation.
Siemens offers health and wellness benefits. Pay range: $67,544 – $115,790 annually, depending on experience and budget.
