• Creating Bill of ladings (BOL’s) with correct details.
• Ensuring on‑time shipments.
• Confirming all shipments arrive at their proper destinations.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Shipping all material leaving the branch in a cost‑effective and timely manner.
• Locating and tracking lost material and redirecting it to the proper destination.
• Processing direct shipments (Drop Ships) going directly to customers.
• Managing and resolving all carrier issues.
• Ensuring daily reports are clear and accurate.
• Placing transfers in shipped status so branches receive delivered material into inventory.
• Communicating professionally with customers.
• Loading and unloading all trucks.
• Understanding that overtime may be required when necessary.
• Maintaining good communication with employees and supervisors.
• Performing driver duties when required.
• Managing inventory levels in the warehouse.
• Performing other responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over 2 years of warehouse shipping lead experience with leading teams and setting goals.
• Basic understanding of computer transaction flow.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining an accurate and efficient warehouse operation.
• Maintain inventory and service levels to meet all customer requirements.
• Perform customer deliveries when necessary – must have a clean driving record.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Ability to initiate and adapt to change, and work in a team environment.
• Computer skills (MS Office – Excel & Word) and SAP Inventory/Warehouse.
