• Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation according to company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, update stock levels, and verify order accuracy.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and staging items for delivery in accordance with order specifications.
• Manage shipping & receiving processes by coordinating with carriers, scheduling pickups, and verifying shipment details through AS400 or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Maintain organized storage areas by stocking products properly on pallets or shelves while adhering to safety protocols.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by participating in stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with knowledge of warehouse distribution processes.
• Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes including packaging for various shipping carriers.
• Ability to load & unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards.

• Must be able to reach, stack, unstack, count, shrink wrap.
• Pick up loads up to 50lbs.
• Work fast.
• Report on time.
• No shorts, tank tops, or headsets.
• Must wear jeans or work pants with no holes, closed shoes or safety shoes and a regular shirt.
• Bilingual a plus.
