Dye Picker and Inventory

At Local Crafts, we're the creative force behind some of the most beloved names in crafting — Connecting Threads, Superior Threads, Knit Picks, , Jimmy Beans Wool and Berroco. From our own workshops to trusted partners around the globe, we design and curate products makers reach for every day: the fabrics, threads, yarns, and tools that turn ideas into finished pieces.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Picker to join our Fulfillment team. In this hands-on role, you'll accurately pick customer orders using our current manual picking process while maintaining an efficient pace. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active, follows established processes, and takes pride in getting orders right.

What You'll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately using the current manual picking process
• Maintain an efficient, steady pace while meeting daily fulfillment expectations
• Follow established picking procedures and processes
• Check items and order details carefully to help prevent errors
• Keep work areas organized and support a smooth fulfillment workflow
• Work safely and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

What You'll Bring

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a consistent picking pace
• Comfort with a manual picking process; RF scanners are not currently used
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and safety expectations
• Ability to walk and stand for most of an 8-hour shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is a plus

Additional Information

• Work arrangement and schedule:
  On-site;
  Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2:00 PM
• Target hourly salary: $16.00 - $19.00
