POSITION OBJECTIVEThe Warehouse Technician is responsible for learning and performing all tasks related to the material handling, shipping & receiving, light manufacturing, safety and cleanliness of all work areas. He/she must work closely with the Shipping & Manufacturing Team to ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency, professionalism, and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS- Work Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:00 pm with occasional Saturday
- Must be able to repetitively lift 50+ lbs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motion tasks
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
- Committed to working safely adhering to OSHA standards
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Dispense liquid product from totes into pails following safety and quality procedures
- Pull, stage, pack, wrap, and palletize customer orders
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Receive materials and verify quantities against packing slips
- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely
- Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors, docks, exterior areas, and workstations
- Assist production and warehouse teams with general labor tasks
- Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and material organization
- Report damaged materials, shortages, or safety concerns immediately
- Perform miscellaneous warehouse and facility duties as assigned
