Our Compliance and Quality Assurance team is growing and looking to add a new team member. As an Audit Specialist you will be responsible for conducting internal & external audits, reviewing internal policies and making recommendations to improve compliance. This position is currently being offered as an in-office role and remote work is not currently being offered.
Responsibilities- Help support internal and external audit fulfillment
- Run/review exception reports
- Pull and review documents/accounts requested by clients
- Assist with audit remediations
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, legal, or a similar field
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex issues to internal and external audiences
- Excellent keyboarding and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to support team members and move between assignments as needed to meet business objectives
- Highly dependable individuals with exceptional attention to detail
