OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Administrator will work with a team to review, process, and post client invoices for timely billing per company processes and approval guidelines. The Accounts Receivable Administrator is also responsible for applying client payments and following up on past due accounts.

- Create installment invoices based on client contracts.
- Create invoices for additional and per time services.
- Review aging weekly and follow up with past due balances.
- Produce weekly aging report for management showing % due 0–30, 31–60, etc.
- Apply client payments and scan bank deposit daily.
- Prepare and distribute statements to clients.
- Provide superior customer service while responding to client billing questions.
- Enter invoices into client portals as required.
- Answer incoming calls and provide superior customer service.
- Support the team in other areas as needed.
- Cross‑train in all areas of administration to assist where needed.
- Perform other duties as required or requested.
- 1 year of Accounting, Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience.
- General understanding of General Ledger expense accounts.
- Outstanding math, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Efficient and accurate data entry.
- Detail‑oriented and superior problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and across departments.
