Tax Manager | Mid-Size CPA Firm | Hybrid – Partnerships

We are a respected mid‑size public accounting firm offering a hybrid work model. Our client base is broad across industries, but the primary focus for this role will be on partnership returns and business client work.

As a Tax Manager you will work with mid‑size clients of varied structures, keeping the work challenging and varied rather than repetitive. The position offers the opportunity to build a long‑term career rather than merely crunching numbers each day.

• Prepare and oversee partnership tax returns and related business client work across diverse industries.
• Manage mid‑size client engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
• Engage in complex tax issues that require analytical thinking and problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve processes and client service.

• CPA credential required. Strong Senior candidates who have passed the CPA exams and are awaiting the final licensing step are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with mid‑size clients and various business structures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to balance workload in a busy season while maintaining professional growth.
