Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring an Office Assistant to support the office manager and dealership teams by keeping daily transactions organized and accurate.

• Compile, enter, and maintain records for dealership business transactions and office activity
• Prepare routine accounting statements and management reports
• Send receipts, invoices, statements, and checks; track orders for supplies and services
• Support cash handling activities as assigned
• Provide backup coverage for accounting or service clerical roles and assist with special projects
• Help maintain office equipment and support users with basic troubleshooting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or 1-3 years related experience (or equivalent)
• Detail-oriented with clear communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft systems
