Senior Accountant

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant in Grand Rapids, MI.

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support accounting operations, reconciliations, financial reporting accuracy, and process improvements across a rapidly expanding business platform.

What You ll Do:

• Partner with operating teams to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial data
• Support general ledger reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting activities
• Assist with system conversions and validation of accounting balances
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects
• Collaborate closely with finance leadership in a team-oriented environment

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of accounting or financial operations experience
• Experience with accounting or operational management systems
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a collaborative mindset
• Candidate must have Applied Epic, TAM and/or AMS

• Candidate must be commutable to Grand Rapids MI or 2 days onsite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
