The RPA - Trainee will be trained to assist members of a team with day to day tasks for handling the compliance of qualified retirement plans. Tasks include processing distributions, loan requests, compliance testing, preparing compliance reports, answering phones, and assisting in managing day to day communication with clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numeric skills, the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines, be self-motivated, work well within a team, and possess a background in customer service.
Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- (half-day Friday's from Memorial Day through Labor Day)
