Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a multi-line phone system and manage all incoming calls
  • Collect relevant information from callers and route calls to the appropriate department or individual
  • Welcome visitors and notify employees of arrivals
  • Manage document uploads, faxing, and record maintenance within clinical documentation systems
  • Ensure accurate attachment of documentation to patient records
  • Maintain office and clinical supply inventory and coordinate supplies for field staff
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as assigned
  • Complete additional duties as required
  • Handle personal health information (PHI) in accordance with organisational and departmental guidelines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience using a PC and multi-line phone system
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and One Drive
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when required
  • Primarily sedentary role with occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 10 lbs
  • Occasional walking or standing may be required
