Make an Impact

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative and project-related support to the Construction Management team. You will provide exceptional customer and team focus while navigating multiple project deadlines. You will have a key role in Construction project tracking, scheduling, communication, and documentation.

Deliver Results
  • Work in partnership with the Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members to ensure that all project information is accurate and meets the quality requirements for assigned areas of responsibility before being communicated externally.
  • Prepare contracts, project specification/project manuals, and process Requests for Information (RFIs) through Procore.
  • Create, compose, and review administrative correspondence and technical documents with thorough audit and application of formatting, grammar, spelling, and punctuation to ensure company standards are being met.
  • Process proposal requests and submittals
  • Master office functions and the regular use of office equipment such as copiers, scanners, projectors, phone systems. Learn and operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented in the office to ensure they provide a quality experience for team members and clients.
  • Schedule meetings for Director of Construction and project teams and ensure spaces and resources are ready and restored.
  • Provide support to receptionist duties as scheduled (GR office)
  • Provide hospitality for the team and client meetings and support office functions as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative support experience supporting construction services preferred.
  • Previous experience in an architecture, engineering, construction, or related professional services firm preferred.
  • Skilled in excellent communication, organization, and engagement.
  • CSI-CDT certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required, Microsoft Project experience preferred.
