Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator include:
- Sales support for advisors
- Business processing support
- Meeting preparation and coordination of seminars
- Office communications
- Sourcing and recruiting support, assisting our Head of Centralized Recruiting
- Calendar Management
- Mail sorting and distribution
- Logging of checks and forms to various service centers
- Inventory of supplies and sales material
- Office management responsibilities; client refreshments, equipment maintenance, and vendor contact for business as usual items
This role will be onsite in our Grand Rapids, MI office.
The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
