The Part-Time Production Assistant (20 hrs/week) will help with administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations in the production department.
We seek great communicator with positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Run and review weekly sales reports. Maintain reprint book list and communicate when products are out of print.

Assist production manager quoting new books and reprints from vendors.

Assign ISBN numbers and set up records for new products in master database and set up in Acumen. Answer any discrepancies or questions regarding existing ISBN numbers.

Upkeep of product records in database.

General administrative help for production manager, customer service, and other departments as needed, in coordination with supervisor.
