About the Role

Due to our growth, we are looking for a Document Review Specialist to join our Client Services team. This role will be responsible for electronically managing documents and records of the company.

As a Document Review employee your responsibilities will include:

  • Review PDF documents received from clients.
  • Determine if all appropriate documents are on file to move forward in the collections process.
  • Responsible for requesting missing data from clients when applicable.
  • Complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of compliance regulations regarding document management.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a high pace Firm
