Due to our growth, we are looking for a Document Review Specialist to join our Client Services team. This role will be responsible for electronically managing documents and records of the company.
As a Document Review employee your responsibilities will include:
- Review PDF documents received from clients.
- Determine if all appropriate documents are on file to move forward in the collections process.
- Responsible for requesting missing data from clients when applicable.
- Complies with applicable laws and regulations regarding data security and document management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of compliance regulations regarding document management.
