Billing Analyst

The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm’s software systems.

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through Servicee Now queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices.
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation.
• Other duties as required.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required.

• Two (2) or more years experience in Billing, and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required.
• Experience with in a professional services firm, preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, required.
• Proficiency with SharePoint preferred.
• Oracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems, required.

• Displays superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals.
• Understands and maintains the confidentiality of all information.

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr

Maryland Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr

NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
