What You’ll Do:Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the leadership team to help manage day-to-day operations.
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and communications across multiple systems and businesses.
- Assisting with project management tasks to ensure deadlines are met and details are not overlooked.
- Managing and organizing important documents, files, and correspondence.
- Supporting event preparation, logistics, and other tasks as needed to help bring our clients’ visions to life.
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and businesses seamlessly.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, vendors, and clients professionally.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
- A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail to align with our luxury event services.
