**** To assist the Volunteer Services staff with clerical duties and special projects for the department.

**** 15-20 Hours a week
**** Flexible Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm

* ** Computer skills, including MS Office and database software**
* ** Excellent communication and customer service skills**
* ** Ability to multi-task**
* ** Ability to work independently
**** Responsibilities:**
* ** Email triaging**
* ** Applicant screening and onboarding**
* ** Orientation preparation**
* ** Communication with volunteers and their leaders**
* ** Analyze volunteer reports/worksheets to identify concerns**
* ** Database entry**
