Job Overview
Kforce is partnering with a growing organization in Grand Rapids, MI that is seeking a Timekeeping Administrator to support daily timekeeping operations across multiple systems. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate employee time records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting payroll processes in a fast‑paced environment. This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role working closely with managers and employees to manage time data across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities- Maintain and manage employee time records across multiple timekeeping systems.
- Review, update, and process time corrections submitted by employees and managers.
- Validate time entries for accuracy and compliance within workforce management systems.
- Enter and reconcile approved time data within ERP systems.
- Track and follow up on missing or incomplete time entries to meet payroll deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with employees and managers to resolve timekeeping discrepancies.
- Maintain documentation and support audit trails related to time approvals and adjustments.
- Assist with reporting and administrative support related to timekeeping and payroll.
- 2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll support, or administrative roles.
- Experience working with time and attendance systems (UKG, Kronos, Workforce Management preferred).
- Experience working within ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a deadline‑driven environment.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
