Salary Range: $50,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Grand Rapids that are seeking Office Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
  • Manage office budget, vendor relationships, and procurement of supplies.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols.
  • Implement and maintain efficient record-keeping and document management systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between office staff, production teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Onboard new administrative employees and provide ongoing training.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an office management or similar administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations, including supply chain, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on supporting a diverse team of professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with relevant office management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain efficient administrative processes and procedures.
