Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and welcoming Part-Time
Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our office. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional, warm, and friendly manner.

Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and welcoming.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and staff.

Maintain office files, records, and databases with high attention to detail.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Assist with special projects and perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Office Operations

Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.

Coordinate with building maintenance and service providers for office equipment repairs or facility needs.

Support internal communications.

Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or administrative support role preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

A calm and professional demeanor when handling high-pressure situations or difficult inquiries.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Attributes: Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Position Available
  • Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00pmNo weekends and out at 6:00 PM every night
  • 20 hours per week
  • Pay Rate - $18.00 Per Hour
