Client Services Program Coordinator

Job Type:Part-time (20 hours per week)

Salary:$16.50-$19.00 hourly, commensurate with experience

Position Summary

The Client Services Program Coordinator works within the programs to support the managers of client services. This position will provide administrative, operational, and project coordination support to a team of managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties as assigned.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to managers at Central Office as needed in Senior Centers, Health and Wellness, and Transportation.
  • Provide coverage at centers for center coordinators and nutrition aides during absences, including vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, and vacancies.
  • Assist in monthly public transportation ticket processing for clients.
  • Support center events, program planning, and special initiatives.
  • Assist with participant enrollment by supporting the collection, verification, and data entry of enrollment information for all programs.
  • Provide month end support to the team.
  • Assist with reports and quality improvements as directed by managers.

Qualifications Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience. A minimum of one year of related experience is preferred.

Competencies
  • Intermediate written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, knowledge of general business etiquette, ability to speak with community members, and work well with others.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and general internet functions required.
  • Ability to use remote software such as Zoom, Teams, and other programs.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, be organized, efficient, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Intermediate experience in database management (e.g., Donor Perfect and / or SONIC) and reporting skills required.
  • Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to embrace challenges and leverage community and organizational resources to complete tasks.
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, be organized, efficient, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to understand and take directions from leadership.
Special Licensing
  • Ability to obtain a Serv Safe Certification.
Expected Hours of Work
  • Standard office hours are M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional/frequent travel to complete duties and responsibilities.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and access to private transportation that meets state insurance requirements and vehicle safety standards to use on agency business.
