We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to leadership and ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day business activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver who thrives on keeping teams organized, managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and serving as a trusted partner to executives and department leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents
- Screen and prioritize communications, emails, and phone calls
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
- Track department projects, deadlines, and deliverables
- Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
- Coordinate office operations, vendor relationships, and supply management
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Record and distribute meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on key action items
- Build positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Serve as a key administrative resource for leadership and department staff
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
