We are seeking a highly polished and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executive leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex priorities, and excels at working with executives, stakeholders, and teams across multiple countries and time zones.
The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to executive leadership, demonstrating exceptional judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and communication skills. Experience supporting C-suite executives and handling international correspondence is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
- Manage complex and ever-changing executive calendars across multiple time zones.
- Draft, edit, and manage professional correspondence on behalf of executive leadership, including communications with international partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, board members, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials, and executive briefings.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively identify solutions, and ensure seamless daily operations.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level.
- Proven experience managing executive schedules, priorities, and business communications.
- Strong experience handling international correspondence and working with global stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated professionalism, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
- Experience supporting multiple executives.
- Experience coordinating international travel and global business operations.
- Exposure to board meetings, executive leadership teams, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, polished, and customer-service focused.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Calm under pressure and capable of managing competing priorities.
