• Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
• Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Prepare and process paperwork for vehicle sales and financing.
• Support marketing efforts by updating social media and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in an office or customer service role is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills.
