What You ll Do- Greet patients warmly and provide an exceptional front desk experience
- Answer phones professionally and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify appointment information and obtain necessary authorizations
- Prepare and send required medical records and physician orders for scheduled appointments
- Help manage patient flow to keep the office running efficiently
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and communicate scheduling updates with providers and team members
- Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and professional
- Collaborate with physicians and teammates to resolve scheduling questions and ensure excellent patient care follow‑thru
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, medical office, or administrative support role preferred
- Orthodontic experience appreciated but not required
