This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Certified Technician located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Certified Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles according to Toyota standards. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, identifying vehicle issues, and conducting repairs in compliance with safety and quality guidelines. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and providing exceptional service to customers are also key aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
• Experience with routine vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
• Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to industry repair standards
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using automotive tools and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Manufacturer certifications (such as Toyota) or ASE certifications are preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or automotive education is a plus
