- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies accurately and promptly.
- Assist technicians and service staff by locating and supplying needed parts in a timely manner.
- Process and fulfill customer and service department orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to place orders and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department to promote safety and productivity.
- Utilize dealership software systems to track parts ordering, inventory, and sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory management or parts handling preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills and a customer service mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory and ordering software.
