What you’ll do
  • Strategic Partnerships: Act as an advisor to our enterprise clients and help them achieve their long-term goals.
  • Participate: Help guide projects, gather details, and keep teams and project stakeholders strategically aligned throughout projects.
    • Help facilitate internal problem solving and present clear recommendations to the client with thoughtful supporting evidence.
    • Work with the UX/UI design, engineering, marketing, and 3D teams to drive projects forward.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and customer relationship skills

  • A track record of being the “calm in a storm.” When a deployment hits a snag, you are the steady hand that keeps the client confident.
  • Low ego + high ownership:
You’re as comfortable drafting a high-level strategy as you are proofing a project brief

  • Compassion and empathy for our clients and their customers’ needs
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and independent self-direction, along with a desire for team collaboration and open communication
Schedule
  • Fully remote, partially remote, or on-site in our Grand Rapids office depending on applicant’s location and preference
  • Brightly has national clients, so some travel may be required
