About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, execution oriented Product Manager - Shipto Home and Omnichannel Fulfillment Experience to own and evolve our endtoend fulfillment capabilities across Shipto Home, instore fulfillment, and home delivery. This role operates within an established ecommerce ecosystem that already supports pickup and third party delivery and is responsible for scaling and optimizing how customers receive products across channels.
You will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Shipto Home and omnichannel fulfillment experiences, partnering deeply with digital, operations, supply chain, and third party providers to solve the most impactful problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Own & Deliver End to End Ship to Home & Omnichannel Fulfillment LeadershipOwn the end to end Ship to Home and omnichannel fulfillment experience, from discovery and eligibility through delivery, tracking, and returns.
Define and maintain business rules and guidance for fulfillment tactics, including fulfill from store, fulfill from warehouse, and hybrid fulfillment models.
Create and govern business rules and processes for Ship to Home item returns, ensuring clarity, consistency, and operational alignment.
Ensure item tracking, shipment visibility, and status updates are implemented and clearly communicated to customers across digital touchpoints.
Define and own the product strategy for Ship to Home and omnichannel fulfillment, balancing customer experience, operational constraints, and financial outcomes.
Own and communicate the product roadmap, aligning priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks across cross functional teams.
Own the global catalog pricing strategy for Ship to Home items in close partnership with digital merchandising, finance, and pricing teams.
Identify the right problems to solve and prioritize initiatives that drive the greatest customer and business impact.
Collaborate with Digital Merchandising and Merchant teams to define product eligibility rules and catalog logic for Ship to Home and omnichannel fulfillment.
Partner with Order Management Systems (OMS), Store Operations, Supply Chain, Voice of Customer, and 3rd Party Fulfillment providers to deliver scalable solutions.
Partner closely with in store fulfillment teams and home delivery service providers to understand capabilities, constraints and opportunities.
Build product objectives and goals in collaboration with key stakeholders and partners.
Gather data and conduct research to identify Product ROI and inform investment decisions.
Measure adoption, usage, operational performance, and business impact of launches to validate outcomes and prove ROI.
Communicate progress, insights, and lessons learned regularly to senior leadership.
Serve as an enabler to your product teams, helping them deliver against planned roadmap and outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Experience as a Product Manager in ecommerce, retail, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain adjacent domains.
Proven ability to translate operational complexity into clear product rules and customer friendly experiences.
Strong cross functional partnership and stakeholder influence skills.
Data driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and measurable impact.
Comfort communicating strategy, progress, and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
Ship to Home and omnichannel fulfillment are critical growth levers across digital and physical retail.
You will directly influence customer satisfaction, fulfillment scalability, and cost to serve.
You’ll operate at the intersection of ecommerce, store operations, supply chain, and customer experience—where product impact is highly visible and measurable.
