Sr Analyst; Food Service

This position will work #Hybrid
, in the office, 3 days a week. The CORE Group's Insights & Analytics organization is focused on managing large, complex data sets to drive client collaboration, category and operator insights, and effective sales targeting.

• Establish a deep understanding of our business and clients through customer research and analytics to improve business results and target high‑potential operators.
• Build data‑driven sales and marketing practices enabled by segmentation and prescriptive modeling to target distribution management companies, GPOs, commercial chains, and non‑commercial operator networks.
• Develop scalable engagement models incorporating operator data to enhance our effectiveness, productivity, relevance, and retention.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or analytics‑focused roles.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power Query.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions using BI tools (Power BI).
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to analyze complex data.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and usability across all reporting assets.
• Strong communication, leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
• Proven experience in managing multiple project timelines and deliverables.
• Food service experience helpful but not required.
