We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Renewals Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead, you will oversee a dedicated portfolio of Oktopost customers, focusing on securing long‑term retention through value‑based partnerships. This role is designed for a dedicated professional who thrives on nurturing client success and acting as a trusted advisor to drive retention through product expertise and commercial negotiation.
WhatYou'll Do
- Responsible for post‑sale success by facilitating routine customer meetings and offering support throughout the partnership.
- Cultivate strong, long‑term relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Lead the renewal processes for a diverse portfolio of customers.
- Collaborate with Solutions Managers to address clients' technical requests and ensure they receive maximum value from our platform.
- Analyze client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling additional features and services.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer‑facing role.
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing and social media world is advantageous.
