Act as the primary contact for Security Services, Plant Operations, and Environmental Services; respond to requests for service and dispatch resources;
Operate a virtual switchboard, route callers, reference on-call contact information, and use overhead paging;
Monitor and respond to internal emergency systems including fire alarms, code alerts, and building automation;
Answer emergency calls, triage information, and disseminate calls promptly;
Use CAD, RMS, and LEIN systems to record incidents and direct officer response
